The Stakes
Burnout and overwhelm are the top two reasons people leave ministry.
Without ongoing training and real community, creative ministry quickly becomes a cycle of exhaustion and isolation. You’re expected to do more, with less, but better, often without support. You weren’t meant to figure this out alone. Without the right tools and people around you, it’s easy to lose motivation, feel stuck, and wonder if you’re making a difference.
What you get with the SALT Community
The SALT Community equips you and your team with everything you need to thrive in creative and technical ministry.
Community that gets you
Cure the constant feeling of isolation and surround yourself with people who encourage, equip, and inspire you.
Transform your team
Help your team reach their potential through trackable skill development, growth accountability, and resources to maximize their efficiency.
Be the standard
Instead of watching others do remarkable things with creativity and technology, become the standard by raising the bar with your new skills.
For 10+ years, over 1000 organizations have trusted SALT.
SALT is the go-to resource for ministries of all sizes as they seek inspiration and training on creativity, technology, and storytelling.

What the community is saying
Don’t take our word for it—see what members are saying.
“Being around the SALT community has me so excited about the tools and people God is bringing into my life to inspire, encourage, and empower me to live out the Great Commission!”
‒ Mike L.
“Tricia Griffin's Mixed Media Design class was fantastic. She left me, personally, feeling motivated and inspired again, which was something I'd been missing for a long time.”
‒ Kat R
“You will be better equipped to lead people to the feet of Jesus.”
‒ Krista G
I'm the only person on my staff who oversees communications, socials, livestream, website, print, videos, photography, and graphics. It can get overwhelming, but through SALT, I met incredible women who do the same things as me. Now I have someone who understands me and someone I can shoot ideas off of!”
‒ Rachel S.
