Many of you already have a premium membership to SALT University, our online training platform specifically designed to make it easy for you and your volunteer team to continue growing in your creative giftedness. Since SALT University now includes over 175 unique classes and highlights, we thought it would be fun to highlight the 7 best classes from SALT University. Each of these classes are perfect for those who want to increase their creative ability and find ways to become more efficient with their processes. (These are in no particular order)
#1: Balance & Burnout with Dr. Andrew Johnston
Not did Dr. Andrew Johnston recently release a book on leading creatives, the class he taught in 2015 was one of the highlights for our entire team. It’s a wealth of insight on providing an environment on balance and preventing burnout, but we also highlight this class here because it’s included as one of the classes in the Basic Membership (that membership is free).

#2: Uniquely One – Erwin McManus
Erwin was our opening keynote in 2015 and helped us understand how we as individuals are unique. He beautifully explains the role of humanity in our current day in age, and helped us see how our uniqueness is to be a work of art and artist at work. You’ll love watching this one with your team and then processing together on how you collectively can make a difference in your community.

Zac Dixon is a brilliant designer, animator and all around creative thinker. In this class he breaks down his personal process and philosophy on how to accomplish tasks that seem impossible. With this process you’ll see how he is able to make the most of any task and transform the impossible into piece of cake. This is one of our favorite SALT University classes, and you can see why it’s one of the best.

#6: The Art of IMAG Panel – Brad Weston, Luke Irvine, Nick Rivero & Marc Shroyer.
It was rated as the best SALT Conference class the year we had this panel, and the chemistry among the members on this panel made it worth every minute. This panel on cameras during worship (or Image Magnification) turned out to be an incredible SALT University class, and makes our list of bests.
VIEW CLASS#7: Glenn Packiam – Identity and Influence
In 2014 we walked through the book of Nehemiah as a community, and Glenn Packiam allowed us to see our identity and influence in relation to the cupbearer. In doing so, he helped us see the difference between a burden and a dream. This keynote is among the best of the best when it comes to SALT University classes.
