Enneagram 101

In this course we’ll explore the various personality types of the Eneagram and how it relates to the Creative and Technical communities in the church. The Enneagram is a personality typing system based on ancient traditions that describes nine interconnected personality types, each with distinct core motivations, desires, fears, and ways of seeing the world. The system offers a framework for understanding why people think, feel, and behave the way they do, serving as a powerful tool for self-awareness, personal growth, and improving relationships by highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and unconscious patterns.

Key Takeaways:

  • Get an overview of all the personality types.
  • See how they related to roles/teams in the church.
  • Identify unique markers and attributes of the personality type that best fits your personality.
