Leading with Clarity: Turning Vision into Action for Your Worship Team

In this session, Brian helps worship leaders lead with clarity by translating vision and values into actionable expectations their teams can actually follow. Using a simple four-step framework—embrace today, envision tomorrow, establish the next step, and evaluate progress—he shows how clarity fuels momentum without paralysis, perfectionism, or burnout. Leaders will learn how to move teams forward through small, consistent steps, communicate expectations effectively, address patterns quickly and pastorally, and build cultures where people are equipped not just to avoid failure, but to lead with confidence and excellence.
