They’re rich, they’re powerful and they’re incredibly easy to sing along with. So here’s our list of 5 fresh worship songs for 2017:
Peace Be Still
The Belonging Co [Featuring Lauren Daigle)
First heard by our community at SALT15, this song is on repeat in our office. An anthem for those moments in life when God calls us out on the water of the unknown as the storm around us swell and He is our rock, that simply states “Peace be still” over the waters around us. Take a listen to this amazing song from The Belonging Co:
We Are Royals
North Point InsideOut [Featuring Chris Cauley]
Our friends at North Point Community Church recently put a new album out called Nothing Ordinary and the opening track “We Are Royals” is simply amazing! It’s refreshing to hear such a good up-beat song, and the team at NPCC doesn’t disappoint. Check it out
Tremble
MSC
Head over to Southern California and hear the fresh worship coming out of Mosaic church. Their worship team goes by MSC and the song Tremble is absolutely astonishing. If you start listening, you’ll quickly find yourself hitting the repeat button on this fresh worship song:
Testimony
The Belonging Co [Featuring Cody Carnes]
You may have heard from our friend Cody Carnes with his recent hit “The Cross Has the Final Word”, but a fun surprise on the new album from The Belonging Co, we get another gem. We find this chorus to be amazingly easy to sign, and such a simple reminder of where we’ve been and where we are now thanks to the blood of Jesus Christ:
So Will I (100 Billon X)
Hillsong United

Hillsong’s album is rich with amazing depth and intentionality, but this song rises to the top in my opinion. I may have even played it 100 billion times! But this is a must have on our list of 5 fresh worship songs for 2017:
