How it Works
After you sign up you will receive an email with instructions on how to download the companion workbook, this workbook is full of additional information, pictures and definitions.
After the initial email, each day you will receive an email with the videos for that session and the pages of the workbook for that session. Each session will have a new topic, and after 9 days you’ll have the entire curriculum. In addition, after each session you will be given homework (don’t worry, you won’t be graded on it).
Don’t worry if you get behind though, this course is meant for you to go at your own pace…. 9 days or 9 weeks. You’ll get out of this, what you put into this. Put in the work and get the most out of it.
*this course was originally created as a 9 week course
