- Conference Theme
Theme Overview
As creatives, storytellers and technicians, it’s easy to let our worth be defined by the quality or quantity of our work. However this is in opposition to what The Word says; our worth is in our identity. At SALT 2020 we’ll explore the role of Identity, Worth, Work and Worship as it pertains to the creative process God calls those who serve and work in the local church. As we redefine our creative identity to the glory of Jesus Christ, we believe we’ll see a new vision for the role creativity can play in culture at large for the sake of the local church. - Conference Schedule

Frequently Asked Questions
- What's included in the Main Conference Ticket for SALT 2020?
SALT 2020 Main Conference Ticket will include access to all of the 45+ workshops that will be provided at SALT 2020, The 5 main sessions and a box lunch on both Thursday & Friday. All three ticket options (Standard, Premium & VIP Packages) include the SALT 2020 Main Conference Ticket.
- Will SALT 2020 be Streamed Online or Offer a Stream-pass?
We do not have plans to offer a live-stream of the conference.
We get asked every year why we don’t live stream and why we don’t offer an online experience or stream-pass that accompanies SALT Conference. It’s because there’s magic in community and something powerful when you get around this space: From speakers, to sponsors, attendees to creative lobby environments and everything in between. We know that God’s gonna speak to you somehow, and if we were to live stream this, it would only weaken our vision, our message and our ability to serve the community as a whole.
If you can’t find a way to get to SALT 2020 this year, the best alternative is to wait until all of the session videos are released on SALTuniversity.com.
- What workshops & speakers will be at SALT 2020?
Hang on, our team is working on putting together the best lineup of topics, speakers and worship leaders we’ve ever had. We just got confirmation on our venue in January, so we’re working hard to get this information pulled together. Make sure to join our email list (first to find out) and follow us on social to get updates this spring as we add people.
- What is the Cancellation/Transfer Process?
Once a ticket has been purchased all sales are final. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic we have updated our policy on SALT 2020 registrations.
Option One: Transfer your ticket to SALT 2021. For this option you must communicate with our office via email, [email protected], by September 1, 2020 for you to be eligible. Any request made after September 1st will not be honored.
Option Two: Sell your ticket to another attendee. For this option you must communicate with our office via email, [email protected] by September 30, 2020 so that we can update the attendee information. Please understand that SALT is not able to help you sell your ticket.
Transferring Your Pass
If you can’t make it, you may transfer your ticket to another person with no additional fee. You must notify our office by September 30, 2020 to request your ticket to be transferred. For any transfers please email us at [email protected]
- Can I (or my team) volunteer at SALT 2020?
Our team needs an army of volunteers and help during the week of SALT 2020. If you or your team want to help host, serve and support those who attend SALT through hospitality, registration, serving lunches, running cameras, social media or technically producing a workshop room, we’d love to hear from you.
Contact [email protected] for more information.
- What type of food is provided for lunch?
Our meals have typically been a warm chicken sandwich or a deli wrap/sandwich. Due to a wide range of food allergies and dietary restrictions, we are unable to accommodate special requests regarding lunch. If you require something specific for lunch, we recommend bringing your own lunch. (outside food is allowed at SALT 2020).
Water, snacks and drip coffee will be provided to attendees for free during the entire conference and premium coffee can be purchased at the coffee bar in the gathering center of the main building.
- Can I purchase just a pre-conference ticket?
Yes. Once ticketing is open, please use the access code “PreConfOnlyPlease” in order to get access to pre-conference only pricing. This is perfect for anyone who has already purchased a ticket but needs to add a pre-conference.
- I've got more questions, who do I ask?
Do you have another question we didn’t answer here? Reach out to [email protected] and she’ll be happy to answer your questions.
